I'm not questioning the information, but never heard of a build being scheduled for production in 2 days from order date. Most on here have waited months to be scheduled for production. I wonder what is so different about this order.
I ordered on 8/25 and received my VIN and initial build date on 9/6. I am aware of several other folks on this forum with the same kind of timing. Probably because we were early in the process. I think things got jammed up once they started production in mid November. Maybe things are starting to ease up now.

1.) Truck was ordered Tuesday morning. It was a custom order (that I worked with a dealer on).

2.) I will try to attach the build sheet to this post.

3.) You can see my email screenshot (attached) showing the dates (Jan 17 and Jan 19) as well.

4.) I knew it was quick, but being new to this process I didn’t know the “normal / expected” timelines. Maybe this is due to ending production? Using up 501A parts? Using up Tremor parts?

Better hope your Ranger doesn't come too soon @shb500777 . :) You need to be a member of Mustang Club for 90 days to get the X-Plan pricing. With shipping, you should be good...but close.

I know right. I should be good though... even if I have to "travel" for a week or two before picking up the truck. I planned to sign up for MCA this week, but got nervous when I received the 2nd quick email (with production date).

I said that because most people actually remove it because it’s annoying
I like it, even if it saves me pennies per fill up.

Pennies become nickels, they become dimes, and quarters etc.

Or you can just push the button. It becomes habit, like wiping after you ?. At least most of us do

Oh, I’m just not into those bad habits. And that’s a personal preference. Nobody was talking about wiping their rear ends in here. I’m glad you speak for most of us.

Hey y'all, happy Monday! I have a question for those that have received their 23 Ranger already, or have owned a 19-22 model in the past...

I am unsure if this situation is unique to my truck, hence why I am asking, but has anyone else realized how useless this feature is on the cluster (see above shot of truck outlined in red)?

I feel like this feature should display doors open, headlights and tail lights on, and tailgate down, but it literally does nothing lol. Nothing about this feature changes day to day as I drive. Even my girlfriend's 2017 Escape cluster has a more engaging feature here, like showing doors open and lights on.

Has anyone else noticed this? Or maybe theirs are actually useful? Curious to hear what you all see!

Hrmmm good question... I know mine yells at me when I tailgate someone... Or get cut off... Or wander out of my lane without using my turn signal...

And I get the pop up whenever a seat belt is unbuckled...

I believe that is where the Lane Departure feature is shown, as well as the "following too close" indicator if you have the ACC.

If you have the Lane Departure feature you can enable it by clicking the button on the turn signal and you'll see "lane markings" in that display I believe.

Yup, you'll get lines on either side of the truck, and as you get to close they change yellow or red.

I think the steering wheel will vibrate before it corrects too, depending on your settings...

The most irritating thing about it is that it assumes all Rangers are crew cabs.
