Well it's finally happened for me. August 15th I had ordered a 23 XLT SuperCab 301A in Velocity Blue. My order was immediately confirmed by Ford. Today I finally got myself a VIN and "Scheduled" for a production date of Jan. 9. I've been lurking on this thread for awhile and all your guys help has helped me keep the spirit if you will!

I am curious if anyone else in here was scheduled today, or has yet to be scheduled?

Yet to be scheduled, Velocity Blue XL 100A Crew Cab. Ordered Sept 18th (i think, around there).

Congrats on Scheduling!

Awesome!

One of the work guys bought a maverick last year, xlt, he is trading it in this year to get a lariat maverick... That is if they build it.

The mavericks and the broncos have been so dang popular.

Unpopular belief, the next Gen ranger will come with a hybrid option like the Maverick.... I'd love that.
If 24 or 25 comes with a hybrid option, I'll probably trade in my 23 whenever it gets here! I'd absolutely LOVE a hybrid option in the Ranger. Or PHEV would be awesome too!

I would suspect you aren't too far behind then, but if any of us had a crystal ball we wouldn't need this thread to help us feel better I suppose. My initial order was a 300A package, but on the 29th of August I bumped it to the 301A. When I look at the tracker I can now see that Ford considered the 29th to be the new order date for me. Helped to explain why I had been waiting so long just to be scheduled.

"2022 Ford Maverick comes with a standard 2.5L four-cylinder hybrid engine that offers a towing capacity of 2,000 lbs. But, when Troy drivers opt for the 2.0L EcoBoost engine and Tow Package, the 2022 Ford Maverick towing capacity increases to up to 4,000 pounds".
.
My concern would be the hybrid Ranger's tow capacity.

Hey Production Buddy! I too have been quietly lurking and very inpatiently awaiting the email I received today. Scheduled production of Jan 9th for my XLT 4x2 301A w/ Black Appearance Package in Velocity Blue. I ordered and was confirmed on Oct 26th.

I don't think it will take a towing hit. Does the f150 take a hit when you get the power boost?

Heck, I've been eyeing the escape as an all electric option for around town. I don't think we're ready for cross country trips in electric vehicles to be convinient, but commuters and around town vehicles they are great.

We’ve got a 2023 Escape PHEV on order for the wife’s car. Perfect fit for her driving habits. For 90% of her driving she should be able to use all electric.

Congrats! This is awesome! When did you see your truck’s status change from In Production to Built? Curious about the turnaround/days between Built and Shipped.
Random thought, Ford could just not charge me a delivery fee and I would fly up and drive mine back... Ijs. LOL

Factory pickup should be a thing for all manufacturers and vehicles.

Haha seriously, I could make a trip out for that. Or at least some productions plants on the West coast and Southeast so our trucks don’t have to sit on a train for 2-3 weeks haha! (PS, there very well could be prod plants that I don’t know about, but come on, share the love! ?)
