And the thing is, minimal effort would actually make this an enjoyable process. Just give us more transparency.

At least: A website that has the same order status info that a call/chat with customer service will get us.

Even better:
- weekly build numbers
- estimates based on recent build/ship times
- a list of current production issues.
- an actual, real world example of azure gray metalic
What would have been wrong to just say your build week is Nov 28th, and then an email saying it got done sooner?

I feel like someone is making those decisions based on wanting to not show the market (finance) what is really happening behind the curtain.... I doubt many would want to but into Ford stock, or a Ford vehicle if they knew that they were obly going to be able to produce 300 (totally made up number) of each vehicle a week and those would only be this trim and package...

I literally chose my dealer because they accept xplan.

I emailed them, I told them exactly what I wanted, I told the sales guy the order bank was open.

LOL

I can't wait until we can buy direct from the manufacturer for all vehicles.
Hell, the dealer sales guy went radio dark on me. But I wanted to deal with them due to the XPlan. I'd found no other dealers that still participated in the plan. I finally had to run down the dealer principle on LinkedIn and message him. He put me in touch with the sales manager, who took my order. While the SM seemed like a really good dude, just what value did that dealership bring to me?!?!?

I forwarded the update that said Oct 31, mid day yesterday prior to me reaching out to Ford directly....

I really like the velocity blue, but was told it wasn't a good color...

I can't wait for her to see AGM... Hell, I can't wait to see what it looks like. LOL

I think they go out sometime after 8 EST. Ford is very good about meeting bad news deadlines. ;)
