Mine is a 2019 but I thought they were they same size, it's been a while since I took it out. I was going to use a different ODB power cord for my dash cam and that one you needed to remove the whole piece. The one I went with just plugs in from the front.I got it off but tharness doesn't fit
Was yours the same size?
Now that I think of it mine was the same, I don't remember it coming apart like that one. I wonder if they had to use a different one because of parts constraints?Interesting, no mine is was different. The OBD port stayed put and a plug behind it came out.
Connectors definitely don't look rightDid your t harness look like this? It doesn't fit mine.
Tech support just replied and said this. Which is really weird.
Didn't see this as I was posting. Just unplug theirs and connect yours and you should be good to go.Only reason I think it may be like that is the dealer had put elo gps on it. I looked behind there and has other things plugged in to the back of the original obd.
I took a picture does this look like what I need to disconnect?Didn't see this as I was posting. Just unplug theirs and connect yours and you should be good to go.

Yes. Will do it tomorrow when I can see betterIs that on the other end of the aftermarket ODB port? If so yes you should be able to disconnect it there then plug in your new harness.
That was similar to the ODB power cable I was looking at for my dash cam. You unhooked the OEM one, connected it to the aftermarket one then plugged the aftermarket one back into the original spot. Having a tune and occasionally changing them I was afraid it might not work with my tunes ODB and would rather have the stock one sticking out. Hopefully this works out for you tomorrow. ?Yes. It worked. It was tough getting the cable off. I had to get my neighbor to help. What kind of tune do you use? Might be in my future buy list. That was similar to the ODB power cable I was looking at for my dash cam.
