Not available just yet, and yes you can fill through the tube.

Go to first page of this thread, take poll....enter "YES" and you will automatically be entered to the list of buyers.
Be aware that the member who is making these, is one person, making them one at a time so it may take awhile.

As stated above, it can be filled from above with a funnel, the ID of the hose is about 1/2 inch, I hope to hear from the hose mfg soon, shortly afterwards a limited quantity will be available, if the first batch goes well I will order a large quantity.

Thanks Mike for keeping us posted on progress! Of all the various accessories we can get for our trucks, this one has me the most excited! Maybe because it feels to me like a necessary component to maintain my truck properly. Can’t wait to get it!
