Hey guys, always lots of good information, new experiences and reasonable advice available on this forum. Thanks to the people who take the time.
The one thing I find myself asking, as I read some of the issues and resolutions, is what year was that Ranger? I am driving a 2023 Lariat in Canada, with 24,000 KM. I expect a lot of the issues prevalent with 2019-2020-2021 have been resolved (hopefully!) with the newer models.
If it's not a lot of trouble and you think of it, could you begin with the model year? It would help me a lot!
Thanks!

If you look to the left of posts. the member info usually (maybe 90%) will have the year and model indicated...
Mine, a 2021 Lariat has had no problems at all. Only 26,000 miles, but probably half of that mileage has been towing our 7000 lb travel trailer over all kinds of roads/altitudes in the eastern mountains.

I agree it is very helpful to see the MY, and members should do so in their profile to the left.

At least you have the updated version of the transmission which is a huge thing.

I typically use my phone, nothing on the left lol. I clicked on the name to see if the model year was there, no, then I clicked on the profile, again didn’t see it. At that point I lost interest lol. Maybe I am missing something or maybe mobile users miss out?

Once you click on profile then you either click on the About tab or vehicle showcase if one is loaded. It’s quite a few steps but it’s there

My 2020 lariat has only had the airbox replaced. It's an october 2020 build and I thought they had fixed the airbox by then, but mine still started clicking. I thought it was the actuator, they said it was the airbox.

I also have most of the since deleted items, the only thing missing on mine is 2 of the bed tie downs. I added D hooks to give me tie down points, but I wouldn't use them for anything more than basic tie down points, not for anything requiring a strong clamp.

I didn't realize the member information doesn't show on you phone. And that's a lot of work to see it. We should just include MY when it's important to the topic.

You can also put your vehicle info in the signature section. It displays in your posts at the bottom if using a phone.

I clicked on "about" to finally get to your truck. I am using my phone. It's not real convenient but if someone doesn't include the truck info in the post, you can get there eventually!
