They were not specific, so you could be right. The concept of an ABS bleed is foreign to me. It seems to make little sense to not bleed the individual wheels. I will be having this discussion when I take it in. Thanks for the heads up!
Had the same feeling with my new 2023 Lariat.
The selling dealer could find no problem. About 20,000K, another dealer bled them, marginally improving them. I learned to live with it.Now at 35,000K they feel a little rough using them at high speed. I'll get them looked at next service.
So it's...
I had a similar occurrence with my 23. A few variations of those messages but the truck seems to have a few different options.
It was a dark, cold and stormy night. Most systems returned to normal after a few cycles but I kept getting perimeter alarms with nothing present. They replaced the...
Just my opinion but also take into account frequency of change. If you are a 5,000 km (3,000 mile) change person, the oil is less important.
If you run until the minder says change, I would use full synthetic. As others have said, reputable brand but shop the sales, if you can.
It did for me in Ontario. $9500 for my truck and $7800 for my wife's car. I had to contact Carfax because they had included the cost of a rental in my claim.
I just dealt with that on my 2023 Lariat. My front passenger sensor was the problem but it affected the rear, also. The rear actually was worse. They replaced the front one and I'm a week with no issues. Even had a snow and blow.
That's a sweet looking truck. I was at the dealer for service and scoped out a Raptor and a Lariat.
Sticker on the Lariat was just under $60K CDN ( with $2,250 2.7L) and the Raptor, I think $87K? I really liked the look of the Lariat. A few nice upgrades from my 2023.
Enjoy the new ride!
I clicked on "about" to finally get to your truck. I am using my phone. It's not real convenient but if someone doesn't include the truck info in the post, you can get there eventually!
