I'm sure it's effective for what it's supposed to be....but it looks like crap to me

But I'm a Neanderthal and don't know squat about such things.

I'm sure he thinks the same of yours.
It's not meant to look street pretty.

I like it because it's different and a lot went into doing the work. That's why I wanted to talk to him (or her) to see if they did it themself and if they really use it for desert running. It was spotless outside and underneath so maybe it's just a glorified mall crawler? ?

That's why I parked over in the corner. He would've laughed at my Eibachs and 32's. ?

Actually I wanted to park next to him but there wasn't a spot and that parking lot is so small you take any open spot you can find.

To me it's a great truck, that's only if it's actually run across the desert at WOT.

But if it's too clean, unscratched and looking sweet, it is just another unused, over built, very expensive vehicle.

If that's the case, I just hope someday they get tired of it and it gets sold to somebody who could never afford it, but could drive the wheels off of it, or maybe a budget off road racer, just somebody who will go out and try to break it.

True, good catch! He most likely takes it out to the dunes in CA just south of Yuma,AZ. You won't get any scratches from trees/brush out there and the underside will still look like new.

My " Mall Crawler" at Grey's Wells (,Butter Cup), last June...was giving the Ranger the tour of my old stomping grounds , Including Glamis, Gorden's Wells, Grey's Wells and Superstition....

Looks like the shock body mounted to the long bar with the reservoir mounted to the left of it.

Bicycle inner tubes are always WAY better than proper mounting clamps. ?
