Close Duke. Black Bear Diner right across from Home Depot on Dysart. The Sam's Club sign is the one just off the I-10 not by the RDB. Ever since I got sick drinking Scorpion Bowls I can't even look at Chinese food.

I'm over that way a lot and that's the first time I've seen it. I asked the waitress for a window seat because I wanted to talk to him but I never saw him leave. The truck was there when we got there and when we left so maybe he works there?
