Ranger 5 Shortfalls

Although... starting to forget about the teeny console cup holders now...worrying more about psychos running around Denver front range killing people...
Thinking a Shortfall for the Ranger 5 is a behind the rear seat hook and loop attachment for a Boom Stick...

Why behind the seat?

I carry a tomahawk between the seat and center console, a machete beneath the passenger seat and if I carried an icky gun, it would be on a holster attached to the side of the center console at about knee height...

That's where my large 9mm water bottles go cause they can't fit in the console cup holders.. lol...

i keep mine in the holder up top ive just never payed attention to the doors but like once haha

Mine don't fit there with the case. And if I leave the case behind it'll walk off.

First world problems.

i havent used my case since i got the ranger haha

well thats your problem you have oakleys! time to throw em out and get somethin different! atm i have a set of willam painters and really like them ive had this set since 2019? and they have been awesome !

I will add, it's not just the cupholders. I wish the interior had space for your phone once you're plugged into carplay/android auto. I feel like every new vehicle has some kind of non-cupholder-pocket area (lots even include a wireless charger)

How am I coping...Just pour it into a tumbler that fits the cupholders. I mean is every manufacturer supposed to cater to the thousands of different size bottles out there?

I switched from Gatorade to Jack Daniels. The square bottles don't roll around even when not it a cup holder.

Woodford Reserve bottles lay nice an flat too

Some also have to take into account the area others live in. 7-8 months out of the year we never go out without a tumbler of water here. Even in the spring and fall the temps might not be that high but we have very low humidity, usually around 12%-15% so you get dehydrated very fast.

My phone fits perfectly in the space just to the right of the USB ports.
