It's pretty, but I'd never get a first-year vehicle. Made that mistake twice...

Honesty I don't think it looks all that bad. I know some don't like Ram but I know several who own them and have nothing but good things to say about them. Also with all the issues and warranty claims Ford is having I'd be careful throwing stones right now. Except for Toyota, they deserve it! ?

I have too more than once. The vehicles weren't as bad as the street bike and snowmobile though. Those two were just flat out problems and dumped them the following year.

These brand new EV's I wouldn't buy first year. They're not even a redesign they're completely brand new and I wouldn't feel comfortable spending that much money being the test dummy.

The new 6G Ranger is kind of different as it's basically has the same drivetrain as the 5G which is what I'd be the most concerned about. If it were all new top to bottom I wouldn't touch it until year 3.

Ya, at least the 6G guts were vetted out in the Bronco as well. They should have plenty of data to go off of by now. The real question is, will they have better suppliers for things like driveshafts and axle seals...

Corporate drone. Dilbert's world is alive & well.
No Fiat. Oh sorry, Stellantis. ?
Beat me to it. If I was looking for a golf cart, I mean electric vehicle, Fiat would not be my go to. On the other hand, if my only choice was this Fiat or one of those things made by that twitinstafacetik weirdo, Fiat it would be.

(Struggling to keep my anti-electric vehicle opinion bottled up.)

With the issues my JK has had, I’m not so sure I trust a Stellantis EV. I know that’s it’s not the same, and the two probably have no overlap as far as production goes, but I’m still wary.

That being said, if they actually manage to pull off 500 miles, that’s huge. If the charging situation on 2025 is much improved, then I might think about it, obviously depending of price, availability, and its competitors by then (Cybertruck!)
