Poll - Should forum members be allowed to post in all caps?

The use of caps should only be reserved for emphazing a point. An entire post in all caps is rude, hard to read, and extremely annoying. The excuse of posting in all caps because you are visually impaired is invalid because you read and respond to multiple other member's posts.
