I perfer the smallest possible font
That's the library talk... shhhhh, please speak quietly, don't disturb the others.

So, when I look at the topics and they are in all caps, most times it's someone who is happy or mad, some kind of elevated emotion, maybe they just noticed the ride height defect or they just got their 2nd tailgate damper.

This is kinda like the quality complaints post, someone actually took the time to complain about the other members choice of topic or how they type it out in caps.

Which actually serves three purposes:

One... they feel much better after blasting out a post complaining about someone else.

Two... serves as a great example of human behavior that borderlines Karenisim.

Three... it becomes great fodder for the rest of us to tear up and have fun with.

I say let all the people who just have to complain about something, anything, to just let it fly, if it's valid, we will all agree and chime in with positive input, or we will roast them accordingly having a jolly good time in the process.

But, just maybe, it will serve as a good or bad example of how to conduct oneself in a public arena, which might be a good lesson going forward on how to act.

Just my 2 cents, only worth a penny.

I think society gets its feelers hurt when someone types in all caps, it's not the font it's the message contained in it, if someone is annoyed with it then just hide it or block em, life's too short for pettiness.

When I was a LEO for 34 years the instant messager built into our cad system would not allow you to change the font or enlarge it. You could maximize the msg box to full screen but the font stayed the same. Everytime we had a Newby work the shift they would belly ache about my all caps, well it has a purpose for some of us that need reading glasses. I typed in caps so I could quickly see what I was typing before hitting send. When I would get a reply I would have to pull over and grab my readers. I had Lasik so my distance vision is significantly better than 20 20 but age forced the readers on me. Paying that much attention to an IM means that your not paying attention to your surroundings and people get shot that way. Just ask the Kentucky LEO who was shot while parked this week.

I had to tell my rookies the reason for my font caps. Trust me THIS ISNT SCREAMING. But if I type LIKE THIS then I'm making a point.

As your neighbour to the north, I’d honour that recommendation as long as you do me the favour of also allowing me add the letter “u” to words that don’t seem to need it, regardless of the colour of our politics and any animosity one might harbour toward others who don’t labour so tirelessly or apply the same rigour to the content they post.
You all should really get a chance to "read" a written statement from someone at a scene, those whose parents let the TV and social media raise and teach their kids should be ashamed. They write out a statement like it's a thuggery slang that makes no sense. "Ol boy comed over here and start talk shit and who he gonna wup makes yal crazy". I knew what they where saying but had to clarify it in the report so a member of the jury understood it.

I WONDERED WHEN SONMEONE WAS GONNA GET ALL FIRED UP ABOUT THAT, BUT HONESTLY I THINK A POLL TO SHAME THE OFFENDERS IS A LITTLE MUCH. IF YOUR CORTISOL LEVELS GET ALL F****D UP WHEN YOU SEE THIS, HIT THE IGNORE BUTTON SNOWFLAKE.

Block and ignore on apps and sites is great, its a shame that life doesnt come with an ignore & mute button for people in real time...Click and they are frozen in time!

Corporate drone. Dilbert's world is alive & well.
I find the posts complaining about all cap posts, more annoying than the all cap post itself. Maybe we should ban the people constantly complaining about it?
OMFG!!!!!!!!!
