Unfortunately it was a trailer hitch that stuck out pretty far. Probably still would have hit the winch area. I ended up finding out who it was later.

Definitely not where I was at. You had to get a police report for anything and everything. I got in a wreck and had to drive to the police station and pay for a report. Once you have the report you can get your vehicle worked on. It was a hassle, but I understand why. They were trying to fight...
