Hah yeah I didn’t take that statement with much thought. Unfortunately ARB USA isn’t very forthcoming with the exact details on these leaf springs. I might try to call ARB AUS and see if they can provide some more accurate info on the leafs. Either way I’m hopeful that I can get a little more articulation out of these.I can't imagine hauling 12,000 pounds in a Ranger. I assumed it was a typo when I looked at the website, but maybe its GVWR? I think it adds a couple thousand pounds to the payload of the current suspension? Maybe.
