How many miles are you up to now?
Any new problems arise?
95K...still trying to track down inconsistent shifting...occasional hard shift into 2nd...much improved since full fluid and filter change...time will tell if there's mechanical issues to be dealt with...

I have mine done every 6 months or 5000 miles which ever comes first. Have been doing this for the last 50 years. When I was younger I would do it myself but the knees don't like it any more.

The Ranger tells me when I'm drifting out of my lane, tells me when I am comming too close to something forward or backward, tells me when someone in front of me is slowing down, tells me when a vehicle is coming up from behind me , notifies me when a vehicle is passing me on either side.....
It damn well better tell me when it needs it's oil changed !!!!!:giggle:
But seriously, for me, I am going to follow my usual scheduling like all my vehicles....every 5000 miles, full synthetic and new filter.
me too

Changed mine today. Computer said 48% remaining but just completed 5000 mile tow with lots of mountains and we're heading out for 10 days of UP leaf peeping. So it was time. Mobile one full synthetic and Motorcraft FL-910-S filter.

I do mine when the computer tells me im at 20%. Doing it every 3,000 miles is a waste of money. The operator's manual recommends 10k, so to be honest even every 5,000 miles should be much more than OK.

Full synthetic every 5000 miles which for me is three or four times a year.
Based on past UOA's with my previous trucks I prefer to use Pennzoil Platinum but supply chain issues being what they are for the past two years, I get whatever 5w-30 synthetic I can find.
