Looks nice. My preferred color when looking for the Ranger but was too hard to find and my Tacoma sold within hours of listing so I got silver.

Thank you! I did a search of available inventory within 100 miles of my home zip code. This truck was the closest I could get (my wife has specific tastes, lol) and finding one without step bars was very difficult. I narrowed it down to five trucks in the area; this one, 2 Hot Pepper Red, 1 Magnetic, and 1 Lightning Blue - all had the same exact options (the blue had a spray-in liner too). She really wanted White.

So, I contacted the dealer on Friday and set the appointment for yesterday morning. I spent 3.5 hours there; driving the truck and running numbers. They are buying our her lease early on her Odyssey.

As far as waiting a week - we won't be out that way until next weekend and I didn't want to make a special trip to New Jersey after making one yesterday (the tolls and traffic are insane).

Congratulations! That is very similar to my truck. Why are you waiting a week to pick it up? If I had one waiting for me, waiting a whole week would be way too hard.

I'm sure you guys are going to love it.

That makes sense. I was pretty particular about my truck as well which is why I ordered it. I really didn't want the black leather seats (ebony) and there don't seem to be too many trucks with the stone seats. But since you had to look a ways away, it makes sense not to make too many trips.

I love the platinum white. First white vehicle I've ever owned, but I like it because it doesn't show scratches nearly as much as a darker color, it doesn't get as hot in the sun and isn't the plain jane (oxford) white - it kind of jazzes up a plain white, especially in the sun. The pearl and metallic really come alive in the sun.

Post some more photos when you get it home. Always love seeing new Rangers. I still feel pretty unique - I've only seen three on the roads here since I bought mine.

Hello, all, Adam from East TN here.

Currently have a Tundra, but am considering trading into a smaller truck (and payment), and I really like the Rangers, so they're at the top of the list at the moment.

All excellent points. My guess would be about 5% with Medium Light Stone, which I have in my Escape. She wanted darker so Ebony it is. I regret not ordering a little bit, lost out on one or two minor accessories (mud flaps, bed liner, etc.) but they could be added after delivery, was lucky to find the must have packages without the don’t want items. Funny you mentioned Oxford White; they had an Oxford White Lariat which surprised me. I would never choose that over White Platinum other than a concern about matching paint on body work. I hate paying extra for three stage paint but what can you do?

Yours is my exact clone. Cheers!

I've already got LED upgrades, bed mat, slush mats, and window vents on the way. Not sure, do people mod/upgrade leases?

I'm leasing mine (kind of an extended financing). My intent is to buy it when the lease is up. Didn't want to have two full car payments. I'm doing some mods to mine, assuming I will keep it.

Hello I'm Eric from Palmdale ca.
Ever since the ranger made it's way back to the states I've been contemplating it,and about 2500 miles ago I decided to pull the trigger. My original preference was an xlt crew cab with the copilot 360 in the hit pepper red, but while looking around in car gurus I found a deal that could not be passed. I found a 2019 lariat fx4 crew cab with all the appearance package and all the extras in the shadow black color , the truck had only 600 miles with an original msrp of 45,300 but because of the 600 miles on it it was listed at as CPO for only 36900. After almost 4 hours of negotiations I brought it down to 35000, which at that prices came out even cheaper than what I originally wanted, only sacrifying the 600 miles. Which is not even a week of driving to me.
It's not the original color intended but I love this thing. Looking forward to accessorise it with some offroading equipment and camping gear.

Yea man. It was the right time, and also I came ready with a check from my credit union so I was able to even work out a lower deal.

"New Member" in waiting for now. I sold my Nissan Frontier (2007 XE 4 cylinder 2.5L) to get a 2019 Ranger, but I'm having to wait to get the one I want. Just looking at the plain vanilla XL with a tow package, 101A options & 4X4 since we live in northern New Mexico now (a little snow in winter here in Raton). The Nissan was good for flat towing (spent over 40 years in Tucson), but once we started in the hills here & in Colorado, it was under powered for the new location.

Having a tough time finding what I want, so I placed an order for a factory truck. Waiting for it to arrive, which was quoted as 8-12 weeks in the pipeline for delivery. Enjoying reading about the Ranger & looking forward to running the new truck in various conditions. Good information on the forum about different things while I wait.

Thinking a sound-deadening treatment may be in order inside the cab for general comfort. Air bags for towing may be in order as well. We put them on the Nissan & it helped a lot when out camping with 2 coolers, gear & the teardrop on the hitch. Wanted Firestone airbags, but may settle for "brand X" if Firestone hasn't made a set when I go looking. Will wait to see how much actual squatting there is with the load, prior to ordering them online.

A tonneau cover or a shell may also be in the works. Plenty to think about as I mull over the next truck! Thanks for looking.
