I keep thinking that we have to be to the tipping point where people won't pay these ridiculous prices, but nope. I felt like crap paying 34K for my ranger.......

Jesus, I didn’t know this was a prius forum now. So basically everyone is jealous and we’re trying to poo poo him for having a bad ass truck. I’m averaging 18mpg in my ranger lol, I would trade my ranger for one in a heart beat! I love that 7.3!

Cool Tremor thread is now about the power grid and fossil fuels... oh ,and my boss is a dick... carry on !
If they raise the minimum wage to $100/hr we could all live on blimps and have no carbon footprint or fossil fuel dependence. Why won't they do this!!

Jealous of what?
Seriously... If I had to drive it, I would NOT trade him EVEN for my 2019 Ranger.

Bob, just wait until the next Gen Ranger comes out especially the Raptor. These prices are definitely getting out of control, that's why I'm keeping mine longer than I usually do. I feel like this country is a huge pressure cooker right now waiting to explode!!:explode::explode:

JFC $91k is insane. Dealer must have been happy when he walked away after signing the papers.

I don't mean this to be rude, but do you suspect the guy with the handicap sticker will take it off road at all? Figured since its a Tremor that's where it shines. Suppose it depends on what the handicap of the owner is, but still. That said it seems like an oxymoron, but hey I don't have $91k to dump on a truck and it's a free world...

For everyone saying he doesn't need or shouldn't have this, there is someone in an EV, on a bicycle, or using public transportation saying the same about you and your Ranger. I'm sure you'd be quick to tell them to Fuk off if they told you to dump your Ranger for a Prius.

It is a beautiful truck, and I'd love to have one in my garage, but there are very few situations which I'd want it as a daily driver.

I am seeing more and more 1 tons, whether it is a Chevy or a Ford or a Dodge, and I'm not clear on the purpose - to me it's overkill unless you are pulling something really heavy. The way that 3/4 tons have improved, there's very little reason for a 1 ton, but they are out there more and more.

Plenty of threads go off the rails. Usually down the path that leads to dampers.
BTW, does the bosses Tremor have a damper? ?

Around here I think they have a law that says if you drive a 3/4 ton diesel, thou must drive like a jackass?

Yes it does, and it's twice as big and powerful as a normal damper and twice as many trees, dolphins, homeless people, etc, were killed producing it.

Freedom is a pretty F`ing awesome thing. Sad so few seem capable or willing to appreciate it.

A few guys I know with the big diesel trucks say they buy them because they last twice or three times as long as a gas powered truck.

It's America baby...drive what you like.
