Mastercraft tires are part of Cooper Tire Co. Most Coopers are made in the USA, but check online and Mastercraft can be made in USA, England, Serbia, China.
I was looking at them for our class c motor home, but they didn't have what I was looking for.
I'd say go for it if that's what you want.

I ran two sets of Mastercrafts on my old Sport Trac although not that particular tire, seemed like a good tire for the price.

For that price, why not go with Falken Wildpeak AT3W or BFG KO2? I paid $900 mounted and balanced for my set of 5 Wildpeaks 265/70/17 including a full size spare for the 16" spare rim (265/75/16)

I kinda wish I tried the XTs instead of staying with the ATs, but last time I tried a different set of tires on something (coopers) I couldn’t stand them

The XT's are quite nice!! So nice that I had my work put a set on the service van(not to be confused with rapist van..... We charge for our candy!!) And I'm going to put a set on my 93 Pathfinder(most recent toy!!)

was worried about noise and the “feel” of the lugs going down the road, I’ve had several sets of at so stuck with what I know, still great tires

Yeah the tire noise is very low if any on the HWY. The traction I great in wet as well!! I have heard from a few other members on here that state itndoes well in snow too!! Well for an AT it does well. I'm sure a snow tire will still win!!
