Old man emu full leaf pack in the HD rating for 800lb load. Truck will be level with the lift in the front when bed is loaded. Paired with some good shocks they ride incredible
Not quite true. If using a HE leaf pack from then that is designed for a high constant load, then it will be at lift height with that load. Now if you are thinking of the Standard Leaf Springs, it will level out with that load if you have the matching from suspension as well.

I’ve been running the OME HD leaf pack for several years now. Empty or with a light load in the bed the rear of the truck is raised over stock and sits slightly higher than the front with a standard lift height of 2-3 from the front shocks. When I run with my trailer tongue weight and or constant load in the bed of 600-1000lbs the rear squats enough that the truck sits almost perfectly level. Best set up out there for those who truly run constant loads in the bed. Not ideal for empty or light loads unless you are ok with a slight rake and somewhat stiffer ride

That's not the HD Leafs Pack. I know because you have the Standard Leaf Pack. The Standard Leaf Pack with lift the rear by 1.4 inches with no load. With about 800 lbs it will loose the 1.4 inches of lift(I know because I had that on my 2019). Above that you have the medium Leafs pack that is designed to have a lift height of 1.4 inches while carrying 660 lbs. Then you have the heavy leafs pack that is designed to carry 1320 lbs at 1.4 inches of lift.

You are talking to one of the first individuals to run the Old Man EMU Nitrocharger Sport kit on the Ranger and I'm well versed it the different setup options.

Not to derail the thread, but frenchy I assure you I do not have the standard OME leafs. I have the higher rated ones from stage 3 moto and they are the S3M-OME56MMLEAFKIT. Perhaps there is one step above, but these are a 4+1 with a stack height of 2.2in rated for constant loads of 600-800 lbs. I had to add spring preload to my front shocks to get less rake with there leafs and empty they added more rear lift than advertised. I always have at least 600 lbs or more in the bed and tow a trailer with 800lbs tongue weight.
