Wow, I had no idea this product existed.

That is a really good looking rack. Very factory looking as opposed to industrial that everyone else makes.

Damn. Hmm...
As soon as I saw that rack, I thought, “Man, that sure has lines that would look great on Jack’s new truck - I wonder if he’ll stumble across this thread?” ? If you play nice, you might be able to work something out with the OP on those long side rails.

The only thing I don't like it is it is only rated for 300lbs dynamic off road load. Though I'm sure I could rectify that with some custom up-armor.

Hi! Very interested in this rack as well. Can you share any further photos that capture the full rack/truck in the photo? side and back view would be great to see! How do you like it?

I love it, but keep in mind the “correct” length version of this is apparently still not out. What I have is around 3” longer than what Kuat designates. I wouldn’t say it looks, bad. But after seeing this setup you kind of get why the went shorter. Will try to get picks in the next day or so. I think they said late November for the shorter Ranger length side rails.
That said, I really do like it. Cross bars aren’t tall enough for a kayak to go up on just those without doing the crossbar riser accessories, j cradles on them are no problem.

Glad to hear it. Any chance on the photos? I do see Kuat seems to have the IBEXA3 in stock now.

Gonna go poke at it today. Picked up rail risers and a Molle panel for the cab side. The cross bars at full height were a touch too low to have a kayak on just the cross bars. The risers will fix that and and flexibility for whatever else might overhang the cab. Also will add a tonneau cover if the weather holds. I like it a lot, but every single accessory that goes with it adds up quick and can become extremely costly. Kuat seems to always be back ordered or out of stock for stuff too. That gets old.

I mentioned previously that rei miss labeled so these are actually shot 3” longer than the true ranger specific setup . Didn’t bother me enough to do anything about it, but may just cut to correct length.

Looks like another hurdle… I think the only rails Kuat guaranteed former with was the retrax ones. Those setups were more than I wanted to spend. I planed on an x15 lopro cover with trucedo TS rail mounts. The T-nuts and bolts from Kuat are too thick and too tall to fit the channel. The heads stuck up about 1/8 of an inch bottoming out in the TS rail. The t nut is maybe 1/16” too tall to fit in the channel… so that’s pretty frustrating. I took a chance.

The Ranger 5ft bed specific IBEXA3 has been out of stock for some time. When I called Kuat today they were unable to give any insight into availability commenting it could be 6-8 wks out. They also did not have an option to join a notify list.

Did you ever look into cutting the side rails down? My local REI has an IBEXA1 in their Re-Supply section for a steep discount. I can't seem to find any photos of exactly what is going on with the end of the side rails, to see how much rework would be needed to cut a few inches out of them.
