I stumbled on this thread.

My 2022 appears to have the ball end mounts present. Does this look like the mounts for the pre-2022 struts?

Does this mean all I need are struts from earlier models?

Let me see if I can cancel the ones I have on order. They got my money already, so I have to make sure I can get it back. The last thing I ordered that was back ordered and had to pay for it, I couldn't get my money back when I found it online and available. But that was a MoPar dealer, so we shall see.

No light here either. I didn't think any Ranger came with a light in the engine bay?

My big Chevy has the light but it doesn't have hood struts. I'd rather the struts. Not sure why... can't remember a time when a hood prop really got in the way
