God help us if his is built by the C crew.?
His blend date is the 13th. MONDAY. Oh no. I don't want to be the one to tell him.

Looks like your RS was just a few weeks ahead of mine. Long wait, Oct 2015 to July 2016 but worth it.

I had two "scheduled to day" events on mine. First was Feb 11th for Feb 23rd and had a VIN attached, but then on Feb 15th it was moved back to Selected for Scheduling and it appeared production was halted. Mar 23rd it was moved back to scheduled to day for Apr 7th with a new VIN. That production pause is when I think they were working out how to handle the flaw in the head gaskets that didn't work as designed for the updated cooling passages of the RS block between the cylinders. And likely when the decision to use the wrong head gasket to get the car to market was made.

Mine was loaded on Cygnus Leader for the trans-Atlantic voyage on May 10th.

OP, sorry for the side topic.

Corporate drone. Dilbert's world is alive & well.
Not to increase stress levels but there are multiple Mondays and Fridays at most Ford assembly plants. I think that old Monday Friday low quality thing is kind of myth any way. To me the rotating start time for C crew employees is the hardest.

At Ford's Michigan Assembly Plant in Wayne, employees work 10-hour shifts four days a week. The so-called A crew gets days, while the B crew gets afternoons. But the C crew shift rotates its start time every week. On Fridays and Saturdays, workers start at 6:00 a.m. On Mondays and Tuesdays, they start at 4:30 p.m.

Also check your window sticker for shipping method. It will be convoy or rail. Mine came convoy left Wayne MI. and arrived in Louisville KY. same day. Not that much longer to TN. ?
I'd give anything if it was by truck. But no such luck. It's rail. My fingers are crossed to the breaking point that it will be shipped via NS and not CSX. If it is CSX I'm screwed. Both have major yards in the Atlanta area. (Everybody is in Atlanta.) But not sure about the MI end. I'm using a dealer in Dalton, GA.

Just get here already....

Zenith Leader for mine. I sent this picture to my salesman while it was crossing the Atlantic.

Mine failed the leak test even though I was not having any symptoms. New head and gasket under recall. No issues since.

Mine was losing coolant for about 6 months before 17B32 released and the dealer that sold the car had a worthless service manager that insisted it was normal and would not authorize any test that would prove the problem. Then when 17B32 was given to dealers he still refused to schedule the test. I had a schedule a couple times with the service advisors and a few days before every time he would call me cancelling the appointment. I ended up going over an hour away to a different dealer for that service, and as expected it failed and I too got a new head with the correct gasket install.

I also got a new OE cat since it was burning coolant for so long and it's known that burning coolant and/or oil will greatly reduce cat life. But, I did have P420 popup too.

Finding a single pubic hair on the dash of his new truck some nice assembly worker left for him. Now he’s gotta check for that when the truck comes in. He shouldn’t loose any sleep over it, probably only like a 35% chance they would do that. ?

o_ONow that's being rude. He's going to spend all day going over his truck with a fine tooth comb. :inspect:

Haha, who knows maybe they hid it very well. Or glued it in one of the vents so it’s just long enough to see waving in the wind. Oh man, I’m giving myself anxiety just thinking about it. Now I need to go out and check my truck. ?

Did AZ wake up in a mean mood today? As if @Friday yet? didn't have enough to be stressed about today.

I can confirm that his build is still scheduled for today. As for A or C crew depends on what time it comes through. I think he will be OK no matter when the blessed event takes place.
