Struts but no mounting hardware? I wouldn't put it past ford to do that...
It means I’m waiting to see if my truck has the mounts. I already have the struts in hand. I’ll find out next week. Could bug salesman to take a picture but I’ll just wait.

To me it just makes sense they would no longer install the mounts once they ran out of fenders and hoods with them pre-installed. If the hood is still threaded for a mount that might not be too hard to install, but if the later models are like my 2019 the fender mount is part of the fender and welded in place. Maybe you can get that as a separate part, but is it really worth drilling into the back of the fender to try and mount it? Not likely to be a very solid mount and ugly. The little I need to open my hood the prop rod is fine.

I'd say hold onto the struts until you get yours and know for sure. If there are no mounts I am sure you can easily sell them to someone who can use them.
I agree. If the mounts arent there i will just sell them to someone here who does have the mounts.
