I mentioned that I installed this in my build thread. However, I had my cowl off today and grabbed a pic for anyone who is needing to relocate their ACC. I was after something cheaper than the ADD bracket and when shopping for new bumpers, I noticed this on their description:
NOTES:
** Relocation bracket is required for adaptive cruise control for 2019 Ranger (M5350-1).

As such, I searched ā€œFab Fours M5350-1ā€ and found the bracket available from a few places. It’s $99 and swivels so that you can adjust the angle of the sensor. I’m very happy with the product. I will say this, you DO have to drill four holes into the support beam to use this. It comes with self-tapping screws for installation. Let me know if you have any questions.

Do you have front parking sensors? I attempted the install this evening and couldn’t for the life of me get the ACC sensor wires out of the wiring harness it’s tied into with the parking sensors to get enough slack for it to reach the new spot in the upper grill.

I do, yes. I had to remove the tape from the harness to completely separate the ACC harness from the rest of the harness. Even then it was a stretch but it did barely make it up to the new location.

The ACC module doesn’t appear to need an opening to function if the grille is plastic.

If you don’t know, the ACC module is already mounted behind a piece of plastic in its factory location. A piece of plastic at least as thick as the plastic on the grille. When you remove the OEM bracket, the module is no longer behind the protective plastic piece in the lower bumper.
Following up on the question from @ac_perks it stands to reason that the module should still function properly if the Raptor grille was being used. Still, I'd also like some confirmation as to whether ACC relocation is feasible with the Raptor grille using either the ADD of Fab Four bracket!

The Raptor-style grille is not an issue. Plastic does not impact the ACC. My RTR grille does not interfere at all.

The ADD ACC relocation kit does not require any modification of the wires to reach the ACC module.

What was involved in removing the sensor? I just installed my winch tray and it goes right in front of the sensor. I ordered the bracket this morning.

The bracket and module are several bolts to unscrew with a ratchet. It's a pain in the ass once you get the main bracket out of the truck, and need to remove the module. There are four mounting tabs that snap into place. I had to use brute force and butcher the tabs to remove the module (this doesn't impact the module in any way). There may be a super easy way to remove them - but nothing in the instructions and it wasn’t intuitive.

Yep, pretty much that lol. It’s a PITA to get the module off the bracket.

Actually I figured it out. I removed the lower radiator shield to get it out but I unbolted the top ones from the top since I had the upper radiator deflector off. I ended modifying the stock bracket to work. I just posted pictures in my build thread.

Has anyone installed this relocation bracket along with a raptor grille? Assume it works but just curious if that causes any additional issues.
I have. I also have the three light kit option. The ACC works great most of the time, but I do have an issue with the wiring for those lights getting in front of it and throwing an error about it being blocked. I thought I got them up and out of the way the other day, but it happened again this morning. So I plan to figure it out this weekend once and for all even if I have to extend those wires to relocate them.

Does anyone know what gauge the wires are for the ACC connector? Having the Raptor grille you can see it running up very easily and I would like to extend it by soldering some more wiring to it so I can route it in a more hidden way.

I don’t think the wires are a heavy gauge. I’d eyeball the thickness of the wires and maybe error on the side of a thicker gauge wire. As long as the gauges are close, you shouldn’t have any issues.

I think Fab Fours should come with an extension harness. The ADD kit sits in a much better location.

I think I used 18 gauge wire to extend them. I remember it was four wires and now I can move it all around the front if needed.
