i hate it.
yup just an opinion
so i ordered a 4dtech solution
plug in wait for the lights to blink and no more stop start
$100 and 25 seconds, no light on, just drive like it should
i guess without it i will get like 3 miles per gallon now but im good with that

Or you could've just plugged in a night light into the 110v and saved yourself $96.00.

That just stops the engine from shutting off after (45min)* when idling! * May be longer, but I think that's the timing.

Or you could've just plugged in a night light into the 110v and saved yourself $96.00.

Make sure you don't get one that has a Light Sensor. Those only turn off at night or when it's dark, so it won't work on your Ranger when there's light hitting it.

You could also just unclip the plug connected to the battery for free.

We can also disable the auto start stop via our Mycalibrator custom tuning device as well. There's a ton more improvements to be had from our tuning of course, but eliminating the S/S and skip shifting are two added benefits along with some additional power and slight increase in fuel mileage typically as well.

Im an emissions specialist. Imagine the reaction I received when I told the engineers that I disabled this nonsense.
