64k and I’ve used a simple joe blow funnel every time. Even balance the quart container in it to get every last drop of oil I can. If an engine gets destroyed by just the tip…..of a funnel then Ford really has lost their touch

"Just the tip" has ruined a good deal more than a pickup.

Thanks Rick, something else I didn't know I needed :)
Those funnels really are slick. I bought one 2 yrs ago. But does require a little dremel work to make it perfect. Beats an accidental tip over when filling.

Glad to hear things aren't serious OP. Yeah, made me think back working on the Toyotas the metal baffle under the oil filler cap would bend from the jiffy lube dispensers and that would cause rub on the timing chain. Then get caught in chain, jump time, bend valves. You get the picture.

You mean a funnel can’t be used?????
I mean I don't use one or I use a paper one. If you use a plastic or metal one, use one that has a short stem is that it doesn't go too far in.
