Installed the EGR In-channel Deflectors the other day. Really love the look, they were very well packaged and the install was simple. They do seem to have increased the wind noise in the cab. Not sure if this is normal, but it’s not bad enough to bother me. Love that I can crack the window and not have the pressure buffeting!

Worth the $60, the 2 month wait from Autoanything still annoys ? me and I will avoid them in the future.

Do your windows close ok or do they hit the deflector and bounce back?

They bounced back at first but relearned the close point after keeping them closed for a bit. All fine now.

OP here:
My AVS stick on work pretty well on my Supercab. Less wind noise, but still enough to have to turn the radio up.
Last trip I had the window cracked due to a cigar. I turned on the A/C and the control defaulted to recirc. I noticed less wind noise. With the A/C off, I turned on recirc to keep the noise lower. It works. Try it.

OP here.
I just installed the AVS stick-on my SuperCab. So far I'm happy. Perfect fit. Also I like the low profile. I'm a minimalist when it comes to add-ons to a vehicle's looks.
Tomorrow I'll give them the 70 mph, window cracked cigar smoking test.
I'll get back after to report on any noise reduction. ...keeping my fingers crossed.

Are those the AVS low profile? Do they mount on the painted part of the door or the black window molding?

They are. They attach to the painted surface above the windows. They don't touch the moldings.
