I built a set of frame mounted rock sliders to my 2023 Tremor.
I did not want to drill or weld to my frame.
I also did not want them mounted to the rocker panels like the factory ones.
Here is what I built.
Started off with some bar stock

Nice work, I'm the same way, don't like welding or drilling on the frame.

It was less then $200 for the steel and $100 for the bolts and nuts.
that was cheaper then the cost of shipping if I bought a set.
I used rustoleum textured paint to finish them.
I have had real good luck using it.
It also makes it real easy to touch them up if I scratch them on the rocks

I have hard time keeping the mounts for my running boards from rusting, I touch them up every so often with Rustoleum, but they continuously get blasted by road debris.
