Kyle, Nice Lariat! And, love the color! Did you get any maintenance records? After 83k, there are certainly some things that should have been done or might be on your to do list. Was this a private sale or did you buy it from a dealer?
I've got Wildpeak 285/70/17's on Method +25 offset wheels. I replaced the crash bars with Ready Lift anti-intrusion bars. I'm only on a Fox 2.0 leveling kit. I get rubbing on my wheel well liners at full chocks. Your 2.5-inch spacer lift might work out perfectly.
I agree with @got3fords. And, who ever runs out of gas first can own a new thread titled "yep, I ran out of gas :curse:" Who wants to own the thread? Not me.
Before you go back to the dealer, make sure you take @RangerBill's suggestion and check out the fan wiring harness and fuse. It may save you a lot of money.
Frenchy, agree with your concern with the fuel smell.

I store mine separately in one of my cargo boxes. It can't fall off when in the middle of nowhere.
It also minimizes the exposure of the plastic to the sun.
Did this get done at a dealer? If yes, yikes! If you don't mind, what was the final cost? And, did they offer you the gold blinker fluid or platinum blinker fluid upgrade package?
Agree with @airline tech. Jack up that wheel off the ground and rotate it. you'll likely hear where the noise is coming from. My driver's side leaf-spring looks the same. I've had no problems or noise to date.
I have the Fox 2.0 level kit, preset to 2", Ready Lift anti- intrusion bars with 285/70/R17 tires on +25 offset wheels. My tires rub the thick felt "sound proofing" only when wheels are cocked fully.
The Heim joints on the BTF UCAs i installed in 2022 have always been very noisy when they got"dirty". They get really loud. I live in the desert, house on a dirt road. I can clean and lube them and they'll start squeaking within a week (with or without enjoying my ranger out on the desert...
