It's fools like this that give motorcyclists the rep of being "organ donors", and just a bad rep all around. At least he has the humility to recognize that he was totally at fault; there's hope for him yet.

i havent watched the second video yet and i dont want to always be the hater but - i hope the dumb shit didnt hurt anyone else with his foolish choices. people that ride / drive like that really piss me off. all of us have done stupid things, me included. but having the lack of care for other people that are just trying to get someplace safely and risking others lives is an a hole move from all four corners. if i wanna drive fast or careless i go places / times that im only endangering my self.

I wonder if his troubles are only beginning. Traveling at those speeds, he likely rode a distance of 11-13 miles in the 4 minute video. In that time I speculate he annoyed, enraged, frightened several motorists; a few at least called 911.
Plus, he involved not only himself, but at least two other vehicles; we don't know if there were other vehicles that drove into the pile-up or went out of control avoiding the mayhem unfolding rapidly.
Also, we don't know if there were injuries among the other parties involved. I'm sure that his video will be admitted as evidence, plus other dash cam videos submitted by the other traffic and/or the others involved.
Criminal vehicular behavior, property damage, felony reckless driving, potential for multiple civil suits right off the top of my head. Total fines and damages could easily exceed his coverage, potentially causing lifelong garnishment of wages; after serving a sentence.
He may end up wishing he didn't survive.
