Whole new meaning to "drive through." ?

I worked a crash like that with an elderly gal at a small supermarket, no injuries thankfully. She had just purchased new car insurance 3 doors down in the strip mall then drove to the market and pushed the first 2 aisles together and into the 3rd aisle and knocked down all of the glass jarred items, mayo, bbq, salad dressings, vinegar.. lil messy

I had another one in the same strip mall, an older gentleman drove his brand new Cadillac up onto the lane divider at an entrance, it was big enough that his car was completely off the ground and all four tires popped., set off all rhe airbaga .After I made sure he was okay he said my insurance company is gonna be mad and I said it's just a car, they can get you another one, his reply left me speechless, he said this is the 2nd brand new car I've totaled in a week

Surprised that it didn't have an emergency valve that shuts after a big pressure change.
Had a drunk hit a semi tanker full of superglue , he turned the valves on for a few minutes, his car was not only jammed under the truck but they had to contend with the glue.

It does have emergency shut off valves. Things is, YOU have to shut it off. It's located up front and in the back.
I was referring to automatic. Shame it's not also in the cab.

When i had my gas meter moved, I noticed they didn't put a shut off at the street. Guy said the line to my home now has an emergency overpressure relief valve. So if I cut a line it instantly recognizes the higher pressure flow and shuts off my gas. He said then as soon as you repair your line and turn it back on at the meter it automatically starts up

It would be nice if there's something that'll automatically shut the valves. Not sure how it's going to work since the same rate of flow goes through the hose.

Agreed. Maybe if they had a flow limiter when a hose is connected.
