That's so great to hear and I appreciate you educating us in the process - I had no idea that those factors you mentioned would be a concern (but also not surprised with the intense electronics of new vehicles).

I appreciate the sympathy guys but it's been over 2 years.

I asked for a refund early on but it was outside the return window so that was that.

It is what it is and I consider it a learning moment.

Let's not all panic like the Transmission threads. lol This was unfortunate what happened but besides this one case everyone else's has worked flawlessly. I'm more surprised that @Livernois Motorsports didn't take care of this from the start.

Livernois and I have been in touch and found a couple of things.

My truck has some ancient moldy-oldie factory firmware so they provided the updated factory firmware for me to load first.

I'm going to try it out in a little bit here and let everyone know how it goes.

I was finally able to load the 91-93 tune successfully!
