Just moved to northeast Denver from Central Florida, free most weekends for day trips on the trails and I am attempting to track down some second hand camping gear.
I have few things I might be willing to let go as well. Let us know what your looking for and wanting to pay. At least a 2 burner Coleman camp stove and lantern that I don't use anymore.

Anything specifically that you're looking for? I've got a bit of random stuff laying around that I'm not exactly trying to sell, but would be happy to pass on to someone who would use it.

Hey all, I’m just looking to piece together some essential camping gear. At the moment, I’m looking for a tent, some basic cooking equipment (propane stove, travel cups/plates/etc), and other tidbits. I will only be doing 1-2 nights at a time initially and I’d rather piece things together that I realize I’m missing after I get out there.

I will pull out what I have this weekend. It’s just taking up valuable garage space. I’ll PM you with some pics.

Anybody in the Denver metro have a magnetic 17" takeoff for sale? TPMS and centercap would be cool but not necessary.

Want to get a full sized spare when I do a planned tire upgrade.

Awesome, glad to see more people interested. If anyone has asuggestion on a place they prefer that would be less busy and have room to camp that would be great.
I’ve covered most of the trails in the Sawatch Range and can suggest a few good ones in that region.

I'd probably go. I don't know what trail you're thinking about doing. The coolest trails I've ran are probably Red Cone, Tin cup pass and Mt. Antero. The gulches are good too.

Medano pass was pretty good too but I'd recommend doing it during the rain or maybe snow because it has good mud.

Those are all fun trials. I was thinking close to Mt. Antero if it’s not too busy. If not we can try this trail in Taylor Park. I ran half of it and it was pretty neat. Not too hard.

This is a bit too far for a day trip for me, I am up by DIA and this is about 200 miles one way. Open to longer drives if we are camping.

I plan to stay the night on the trail somewhere since it is a long drive. I suppose we should see who can go camping for the night vs trying to make it a day trip.

I'd probably tag along too, depending on the dates. Would likely plan on camping out a couple nights. I'd be up for some pretty rough trails too if anyone else is interested.
