Good choice on ICON’s and doing it yourself. As I mentioned earlier the lift is greater then ICON says. I run heavy and started with option 3 back was up a couple of inches. Switched to option 2 and sit level now with 600 to 800lbs.

Love to see a successful upgrade! My front bushing looked same as yours when I removed it--completely junked. I wonder if in our situations the bushing failed first then the forged eyelet? Or vice versa. Either way, agreed that is not acceptable.

I replaced the bolt and nut on the forward eye on the side that failed just in case it was compromised somehow, but like you observed all of the hardware looked to be in really good shape.

Icon says that the back is supposed to settle down to the .375 increased height, so that will come in time for you. Did you swap out the rear shocks down there while you had it up? I went with Icon's rear 2.0's for the Ranger since I figured they + the new leafs are a balanced ride. My stock shocks were starting to rust so I knew it was time to just start fresh back there.

I have the Ford Performance rear shocks and left them installed. They seem to function well and no leaks.

The wheel hop phenomenon is not something I would expect? My understanding is that the monoleafs are stiffer than multis but I wouldn't expect the Icons to introduce that. I don't think the Tremor owners have mentioned it.

It may not be the Icon leafs though the bed is empty and that was my supposition as it didn't appear to occur when I had the load at the tow hitch as noted. Condition of the roads here may be a factor. I'll keep observing. I did go thru some speed bumps on a city street this afternoon. The Icon leafs are definitely an improvement. Bottom line - I'm pleased so far with the performance of the Icon springs

I did re-torque all the fasteners this afternoon after about 50 miles. Will repeat at next oil change in June.

Just throwing this out there - I swapped my factory bumpstops out for Sumo progressive ones. There was some roads I was driving that the upgrade (along with the multileafs) made a distinct difference in stability and ride quality even unloaded.
