She stays in the garage 99% of the time. And I park in a parking garage at the office. This Arizona sun and heat can be a real bitch, especially during the summer. No way I'm subjecting her to that all the time.

Regardless... the HOA prohibits pick-up trucks from being parked outside in the driveway overnight. Can't say I mind it that much. Just wish they'd stay consistent with other vehicles, though.

Outside. My home's "2 car garage" must have been built to fit go-karts.... two compacts fit, but you can barely get in and out of them and the doors close right on the bumper. I could fit the ranger if I drove in and put it at an angle. So... it turned into one-half workshop and the other half storage.
my garage is also too narrow. I have to back in on one side and then nose in on the other so i can open the driver doors to get out. passengers have to exit before i drive in or they cannnot open the doors. You would think with a house built in the 1970s it would have a garage to fit the uss buick, chrysler and mecurys of the day in with room to spare. I did fit two half ton trucks in one time but it was with astroglide and a shoe horn...

Definitely an "in". I keep my vehicles for a long time and weather here goes to extremes, so keeping it in is definitely important to me.

I've got a 3-car garage with two other cars, and one of the reasons I chose a Ranger over a full-sized truck is that it would fit easily with room to spare. I can even open and access the back without having to open the garage door, which is nice during extremes of winter and summer.

Always in the garage when I had one. Then I relocated for work and had to settle for just off-street parking pad. I don't like it and hope to have the parking pad fenced and covered this spring (if I can afford it).

My Ranger doesn't fit in the garage; too tall! We just upgraded to a three car garage, so at least my Mustang has a place at the new house, along with my wife's car. And I'll have more room for my stuff, just not the Ranger.

Morning All -

Was curious … you guys an inside the garage at night or outside the whole time owner?

I know some owners don’t have garages, love their trucks all babied in garages, garages are too packed to fit any car in it, can only fit the wife’s car (lol), live in apartments with no garages… etc !?

Wondering how the elements are with you guys and what you all like to do with the upkeep barring each ???
Inside.

3 car garage. Ranger and Focus in the two car side and lawn equipment, powersports in the other side.
So to answer the question, vehicles are always in garage except when driven
My vehicles stay inside my 60x40, block shop m-detached garage. I waited for several years to be able to swing this, however!

Always garaged. Before I bought my house, I checked out the inside, has a full basement, upstairs is nice....built in 1940, so well built and the foundation was good too. Then I checked out the garage, which was listed as a "single, two car garage".....As I opened the backdoor, I saw a 2 car garage AND a single car garage--JACKPOT !!! Love having the extra space !
