I had my windshield replaced and I noticed the position of the wipers. Notice the driver wiper is under the passenger arm. It sweeps OK but looks like the passenger arm could come down more.

Sounds silly but I just can't remember if it was always this way or not, plus I did not think they took the wipers off replacing the windshield.

Looks like they removed the wipers for the windshield install but put the right on wrong...pull the right wiper off and reposition onto the splines so the arm sits closer to the bottom edge...

They're definitely wrong. For reference, here's what they should look like.

yes, re-clock it (1 to 2) splines CCW - being that they were recently removed, the arm should be fairly easy to pull off (lift arm and press down on the spring tension) while rocking the wiper arm sometimes they require a puller but with some finesse it can be done without a puller. Just be very careful around the glass and not produce any pressure on the glass itself
