I used my points on my first oil change and The Works service. I simply explained to the service manager that I wanted to use my points for the service and he was able to look up my account and view my points right there on his computer. Just so you know, The Works was $69.99 when I went but I opted for the full synthetic oil and the bill came up to around $120.00. It cost me about 24,000 points. All was done by the cashier and I just had to sign the paper she gave me.
