FordPass points question

Do you know if you can use your points towards a spray in bedliner? Someone was telling me you can but I can't find a real answer.

The dealership told me NO.

As others have stated, it has to be Ford Service, or a Ford Accessory/Part.

Service has to create a s/o, then parts has to bill it to service, then its invoiced.

Service is the one who applies the fordpass points toward the invoice.

If a dealer says it can't be done, its because they either don't know how, or don't want to bother.

Dealership gets reimbursed anyways.

I bought a swing case with my points, and I just went to parts and they applied it to the purchase. Maybe they knew what they were doing and created a service invoice, but there were no hoops to jump through on my part.
