Yes, we’re fine. Husband and I have been under some extreme stress the past few months with a family member.

I do have a question concerning retirement though. Can a person be talked to death? Asking for a friend.?

As for retirement it is an adjustment for both spouses and getting used to being around each other all the time. I worked from home for almost twenty years so we knew how to give each other space when needed.

My wife's retired, I still have a few years to go. Bonus though, she wants lots of home projects done, so I've been able to get a bunch of Milwaukee M12 tools! =D

And as to your rough start, at the risk of being a bit WOKE, you can come park crooked in our driveway anytime! =p

Sorry to hear about your stress. Family's bring great joy most of the time but can also bring some challenges. I can relate.

Tell your friend that you can't. If you could, I would have been a goner years ago. . I often have to suppress the urge to say "just get to the point please ". 53 years of marriage has taught me that silence is golden..... at least on my part.

Remember that a good stress reliever is a trip to the beach. ???

in the 80s when I worked in mfg a guy was hired for office work who had worked field service for 20 yrs, on the road nearly all the time. 3 months later he comes in and announces his wife was divorcing him as with him being home they found out how much they disliked one another.
