Just my 2 cents- my ‘21 has always shifted fine, but I go back and forth between D(on the freeway) and S (just about everywhere else). I do notice when I run regular it lugs badly so I try to keep 91 octane in the tank.

Putting it in tow mode 100% eliminates the lugging issue. It is especially beneficial in city driving.

Yep. Mine too. I have zero confidence this tranny will last. So much so I'm debating a trade in. After a 3rd battery that seems to have corrected the charging issue, I have a chirping sound which I think is pulley/belt issue on startup as well as a squeaky front suspension. This XLT is a 2020 garage kept. Very low mileage in pristine condition. Maybe time to go.
