Today I installed the acc radar and the relocation bracket. It fits in well. The only problem I've noticed is that it is not stable and required more support as it shakes too much which can affect its functionality. Once the extra support is installed I will attach a picture.

Dang it, I think I went with the same mount. Did the stock wiring reach the unit? Did you remove your front bumper to install the harness?

@CHrisin Thank you for the link to the connector.
I've been readily following this thread right along.

I miss having ACC like I used to have in the vehicle we traded in.

Great Stuff Guys - if it works I will be adding this!
Please ? take pictures and someone do a step by step.?

My XLT to Lariat mirror swap is a good example ?

@CHrisin - where/what does the firewall end tap into?
Apologies if that is already covered in the thread - I read it but don't recall. Age and Bourbon related memory lapses

I'm not sure the US Market got Park Assist. And according to what I see on the internet the Adaptive Cruise is listed as With Forward Collision Control with Brake Support.

The PCM module also requires a change from cruise control to adaptive cruise control, for me it is, 7E0-01-10, so again the changes in the modules that need to be made for the proper functionary of ACC are: IPC, SCCM, BCM, IPMA, ABS, CCM, PCM
In some cases software update is required for PCM and ABS.

So that sounds like an situation where a OEM scan tool would come into play? If I have time next week (and I remember) I will connect the IDS and see if I can find a user parameter in the PCM that can be set to show ACC.
As far as I know we can't access the PCM with the FORScan

Probably in PCM it is possible to change it in easy mode

SUCCESS - I hope. Today everything has been connected and coded using the FORSCAN As-Built method, everything went well and all that needs to be done is calibrate the ccm module but FORSCAN does not have the option to do so for me. Maybe someone will know why and could help me out with this issue. IPMA works well, it detects road signs, keep line assist, auto limiter and manual limiter also works without faults. Like I wrote previously, I made the wiring loom which I connected to pillar A - where there are 2 plugs on the RHD side, in one there is the power to the IPMA whereas in the other is CAN (+/-) - This method for me has been the easiest as Ranger Raptor does not have IPMA wiring in the engine compartment. To change the buttons on the steering wheel, there is no need to take off the airbag. This wasn't easy but slowly and carefully it is possible. Remember - before starting working on connecting the wiring and changing the buttons on the steering wheel, unplug the battery. After connecting the CCM wiring and reconnecting the battery, you should receive a message "Front sensor not aligned", this means that the connection has been correctly done and the BCM has detected the CCM module. I hope this helps, and I will know later on how well it works after the CCM is calibrated correctly.

Did you guys replace both steering wheel switches - not sure why they swap everything side to side between std Cruise and ACC

@daczone can you share the harness P/N and have you confirmed the mating connector is present on the existing harness - looks like on the driver-side under headlight?
I dont see all the parts pricing out ~$300

Be careful @CHrisin is from the UK so his Raptor is RHD. His controls will be opposite are US Rangers.

I ordered the harness, I haven't yet done this install. But there are a couple of options with the harness depending if you have the front parking sensors (mine does). The harness appears to go behind the bumper and is a swap to give you the plug for the radar unit. I grabbed my radar unit off ebay for $99. Just the 1 switch for adaptive cruise has to be replaced.

Yes I also have pkg sensors - harness swap makes sense. Lets hope the main harness supports the ACC. After all the other things I have done on my truck I would say 50-50 shot its there. Other wise we go as CHrisin has done and tap in.
I may try to find the main harness connector and see if the pinout has the ACC wires this weekend.
I found a full set up with stock brkt and sensor cover for 300 shipped on ebay - cheapest sensor only at thsi time is $200 so I figured it was worth it.
Is this the harness?

As for switches - my cruise control is on the Left and radio controls on the Right. The ACC setups I have seen have the ACC on the Right and the radio controls on the Left. If I dont replace both I will have 2 sets of cruise control and no radio controls. Am I missing it?

Great project by the way - Its been like a year since I have done any major surgery!

The switch we need for LH drive in the US is: KB3Z-9C888-EA
It's listed as LH switch w/adaptive cruise.
