I did both. IPMA passes with flying colors and works flawlessly, CCM again passes the calibration but yet again "ADAPTIVE CRUISE NOT AVAILABLE" Both calibrations require me to drive on a highway for a while.

Im THIS CLOSE to start screaming and crying XD
Then the only thing left is the new module is programmed at a newer calibration level - the BCM and the rest of the associated modules are looking for the old module and do not see the new module as valid (yet) you need to run a Module Relearn or Vehicle Relearn cannot remember exact wording at the moment - I do not believe Forscan will do it - but what needs done is to get the BCM to recognize the module basically put the new module on the network-CAN BUS so it will handshake the communication

If Forscan is unable to do this, im guessing i need to go to the official Ford dealer/service?

Quick update:
I managed to level out the old module (i rebooted the device and once again cleared all DTCs, guess that did the trick), and after the calibration i still get the same code as with the new module U2300:64-AF.

So now both of the modules behave the same.

Either both are busted, or something else is wrong.
IDK if it could be related, but i dont have SYNC3 unit anymore, as it was replaced with the android one.

I did some digging and I think I see the issue

It's the calibration level (Software Change) that's triggering the code

This needs to be completed - (PCM - Relearn Vehicle Data) this is how the tab is labeled.

What this means:
The relearn will allow all the associated modules with the Cruise Control System (Adaptive)
Learn the operating profiles of each other they are the ABS - CCM- IPMA - RCM - SCCM.

So basically, the CCM is all alone in the communication and it cannot see the other modules and the Relearn Vehicle Data will allow that to happen

I do not believe Forscan has this authority in the software, some high-end scan tools have it, I would have to check mine (IDK if its available on them) but Ford - FDRS does.

Poked around Forscan a bit and i do have that option, and this is the heads up message i got.

As i do have a custom tune on the engine, this will have to wait for a while 🫣😭😅
