Finally upgraded to 35x12.5x17 Kenda Klever RTs. They're a fantastic tire, so far. 35s look so good on this truck.
What lift did you go with to fit 35s? I’m currently sitting on 33s with a 3.5” lift, 1.5” blocks in the rear. Also assuming the bumpers add some extra clearance.

I've got the ARB/OME BP-51 front with 1" strut spacers. I had to cut the bottom back corner of the fenders to clear. The trick is +30 wheels with 1" wheel spacers too (or 0 offset wheels). My crash bars have been modified extensively too (cut way back).

Memorializing the first post: Updated first post coming.

My old build was cluttered and had a lot of crap all over the place. I am going to try and keep this one more organized. In trying to do that, I will always update the first post with the most recent picture and modification list.

Picture updated on 12.11.2025:

I need to get more pictures, as this is missing quite a few modifications, but its the best I've got right now.

Modification List:

Removed Parts:

The next post is from my original build. It gives an idea on what I thought when I bought the truck. (Though those plans have fallen by the wayside.)

The BRI bed rack system is still doing great in mine. Thanks for putting it up for sale and shipping it over.

I'm on 4.88 front and rear. Flawless for 20k miles.

Yukon sells a full kit. Link
This is good news for me I have been wanting to do this but was always told due to the style of our front that I was stuck with 3.73

I heard those lies too. Someone, somewhere started those lies and I want to kick them in the shins.

Glad you're liking them! They were a great product but, as you can tell, I like to change things...

Hit the trails with @Nopalito and my family last weekend. Really enjoyed a day in the dirt but... it ws an ice rink on the climb out. We ended up going back the way we came. The real issue was that, once I got stuck on forward momentum, I would slide back 25 yards with ZERO control. I gave it a couple shots but then decided not to risk my family or truck anymore.

what is your rpm at while highway driving? This is the only thing holding me back from biting the bullet. I’m on 315/70/r17 tires so pretty close to a 35.

Depends on the speed... We have 55, 65, and 75 out here. The truck cruises comfortably at 65-70. 75 is a little high and 85 is screaming. The truck will hold 85 but the RPM is high. I will get numbers for you next time I drive.

Do you know if there is a 4.56 or similar option?

4.88 is the only option I found. You can do 4.56 but, from what I found, you have to replace the front diff with the Dana FDU. That's a whole other can of worms.

There was a guy on here who did 4.56 on the M190 but... when I tried using his part numbers to look up parts, nothing was right. The gears, per the part number he used, were not 4.56 when I called the distributer and/or shop that was doing the installation.

The OME BP51 is enough for 35s? I thought they only provide roughly a 2” lift? I was under the impression you need at least 3” to 3.5” for 35s
