Anybody out there running this size tire wheel 255/75 17 combo on a 4x4 Ranger stock height, and does it clear with out rubbing?

I am running 255/70/18, which is the same size, with a one inch lift and have plenty of room.

Past thread

Link above takes you to a pretty thorough review of fitting 255/75r17s on a stock ranger.
I've got them with a ~2" level and there is a ton of space all around. Should be no problem for you.

That's a standard size on a lot of Jeep Wranglers.

The FB Marketplace here is covered up with new takeoffs for really good prices.

Confirmed on stock FX4 suspension (Firestone Destination XT C Load). I've since lifted, but 255/75/17s fit fine stock. That's a true 32" tire, btw.

Yes, with 0.1” of wiggle room, just to make sure. 😀

There's more wiggle room than that with 255/75s, but I guess there's not with 33s.. it sure seems there's more than 1/2 inch all around in that wheel well, near shocks, etc. Then again, most rolling 33's were not ordering 255/80/17, a skinny 33. Folks seem to order 285/xx/17 to get to 33." Tire width matters, maybe more than height for fit in a Ranger wheel well but I cannot be sure about that. I'd be curious if a 255/80/17 would fit stock.

I’m pretty sure there’s more room for clearance - I was simply referring to the wheel being 32.1”.

Here's a thread where a member runs them on bronco wheels on his ranger.

https://www.ranger5g.com/forum/threads/bronco-wheels.19068/

I have a set of Sasquatch wheels coming for my bronco an I hope to sell the Bend Bend wheels and tires like in this thread. I figure I'll post them on here too.

I have 255 75 17 on my 2022 xlt fx2. Absolutely no rub. All stock vehicle.

Except for

The tailgate strut assist.

Tires really make a huge difference. Used forscan to adjust the speedo too. Mine is the ranger with the aluminum rims

Marketplace does indeed have an abundance of brand new, 32" Firestone MTs lol
