Are you going to do a simple fluid change, or something a little more involved?Anyone have the transfer case files. Haven’t been able to find the instructions on such. Thanks.
Hi Mike,Hey Phil
Helm sent me back this response. Maybe it helps your situation.
Of course!! Being a retired Aircraft Mechanic, I'm used to having manuals for everything.. still waiting (and hoping) for an official Ford Maintenance manual...Did you buy it?
What aircraft have you wrenched on?Of course!! Being a retired Aircraft Mechanic, I'm used to having manuals for everything.. still waiting (and hoping) for an official Ford Maintenance manual...
In the AF Reserve I was an ART and crewed an F4D, then I transferred to Kelly and worked on C5A. As a civilian A&P, I worked on almost all the Cessna and Piper singles (and a few twins), Homebuilts, Antiques, Beechcraft, Luscombe, Taylorcraft, and lots of others....What aircraft have you wrenched on?
Is this what you want??Well another thing completely from missing from www.factory-manuals.com version is the connector pages.
Can anyone with a real wiring diagram post the pages for C516 and C601 please.
Thx in advance!
Looking for this type of page
YES!Is this what you want?
Just got my wiring diagram book. Problem with it and other pages I see here is that there are no part numbers for the connectors. Anyone have an idea of how to get the part numbers? Is this what you want?

I do a lot of searching - use these 2 sights to narrow it down to a picture that matches. One site has insane prices. So I broke down and got the part numbers off the connectors and searched from there. Mouser had the parts and crossed the info from there for the contacts. At least the manual had the wire sizes so I could order the correct contacts.I do a lot of searching - use these 2 sights to narrow it down to a picture that matches. One site has insane prices. Connector for Lariat driver side (maybe passenger too) sun visor.. Good example of the price differences you will see. The second one also gives you the pin information.
Search by # or contacts in the connector - or more correctly the max #.
Good Luck!
Hi Cymon,Hello,
I have a Ranger 2020 Thunder, 2.0L Bi-Turbo, LHD (FR).
I’m fitting a hard top and hoping to find a place to connect the relay for the rear-hardtop-defrost.
The base instructions are way wrong for my vehicle and the guys who sell the HT tell me to splice into the Brown/Yellow wire coming out of the left hand connector of the fuse box. I dont like the idea of splicing wires in this area and would prefer to find the Relay... and use its trigger (by connecting a thin wire under the relay connector to the htDefrostRelay).
In the manual, I found “Fuse 68” but no relay details.
Can anyone help,
Thanks for all the work posting of manuals... much appreciated (but I didn’t find what I was looking for).
Cheers
Cymon
