Covers the plate, not legal here but very nice carrierGot the Hitch Drop Down Spare Carrier onto the Cherokee today. Going up a size tire next month and spare will no longer fit on the cargo area internal mount. Wilco Off-road out of Texas. Heavy duty and quality. Probably overkill for my planned 30x9.5 tires, but it works perfect without going with a new bumper.
It has a relocation mount you can see in lower left in pic with Tire on the truck in up position. I moved the tag after everything was mounted.

If I were more observant, I might notice stuff like that, but honestly in 20 years I have never felt such phenomenon. But then again, I have doctors over the years in disbelief that I was as active as I was on this knee. Heck, at one point I was doing darn near half marathons.
