So I installed my rough country 2.5inch leveling kit. I had my truck aligned at a local Firestone, everything went into spec. I noticed the outside of the tires are wearing way faster than the Inside on the front ,1 side worse than the other. so i assume the caster and camber are off. Firestone blames it on the level and says everything they can do is done. I carry it to my local ford dealership to get a alignment. They confirm the caster and camber is off but say it's not adjustable due to no eccentric cam coming on the truck. Everything according to them is within rough countrys specs except the front left camber. I need help to see if I need new uca's or if both places just dont know what they are doing. Please help.
Attached is the alignment sheet from the ford dealer.

You don't need UCA for this amount of lift...you need a better alignment place to go to...the camber should be zero...I did with mine and the camber were maxed out but it was able to adjust to zero camber.

Yes there are eccentrics on the lower control arm. As Msfitoy states you may need a better alignment shop.

Same kit here and my shop got it within spec no problem...
Do you have any 4x4 specific shop near you? 4Wheel Parts? I’d go to one of them.

Yes we have a 4wp on island, I have a appointment scheduled for next month. Hopefully they can get it figured out.

Eccentrics are on both lower control arms. I just installed Fox kit today which is a 2.0 lift and Camber is maxed out on left side to get .5. Right side Camber is also .5. Left side Caster 3.4 and Right side is 3.6.

I went to the my local dealer after installing mine and gave spec sheet and after 3k miles tires look very evenly worn so far. Probably an inexperienced guy on the alignment machine.

Same here with me. Figured the best place to get my truck aligned was the dealer, since it's new to the market. 6000 miles after installing the lift and the alignment, my tires have been wearing very well in the front. No weird feathering on uneven wear. My essentrics are almost maxed out but the alignment is all withing spec.

The OP is just dealing with a lazy and/or newbie "toe'n'go" tech.

This!! The shop where I had my level and alignment done it took them 3 adjustments to get it perfect. They kept coming back to the waiting area telling me they were close but still needed to make adjustments. It took them about 1.5 hours to get it right but I'd rather wait longer and have it done right than have to ruin another day going back.

My shop is a very busy tire store with modern alignment bays...took less than 20 minutes while watched...showed me the numbers and done...

I had mine installed and aligned by an old friend who has been in business for over 25 years. He got it right to spec. He even has the local BMW dealer bring their cars to him when they have issues.

**update** my appointment with 4wp was yesterday, they knocked it out first try. After I wasted over $300 on two other places. Moral of the story is carry it to a specialist first.
Hmmm, might try and get a refund, at least tell them you are going to tell everyone on social media about your experience.
