Hooray, what a banner day for Soupie!

Went to sLowe's for a 142# vanity. Thank God my daughter-in-law works there. She grabbed something I really need in my garage, a Ballymore!

Like a little forklift with nifty roller bearings for sliding stuff on and off.

And bonus, saw Soupie's brother, blueberry! An XL scab with steelies! =)

Luckily, the vanity had enough cardboard to warrant a Saturday morning dump run. =D

And tonight will be Soupie's first night in the garage with the door closed! I hope he doesn't get scared. Kate allowed it, so woohoo! =p

Did you tuck him in with a blankie, stuffie, and a bed-time story?

Technically our brains are just bunch of electro-chemical junction mesh with bunch of genetic material specifying the major connections between the different sections. In 70's it we were able to transfer 8x8 grid visuals to vision cortex so I really don't see any issues in expanding that capability outside of getting the stuff smaller, more sterile and enabling autoasembly of extended capacity wiring.

This is just evolution of past tech, not really a revolution. The real stuff will come after researchers will realize that the add-on module must have self assembled brain-chip connectivity, empty neural matrix, the external I/O and let the brain evolve the implant instead of makers dictating what they think the interface should be.
I have to say that makes your brain start short circuiting just saying.

No idea what exactly what you said means other than they’ve been working on this stuff for a long time… if it can fix my back, give me the hearing back I’ve lost so far, reduce the risk of dying from heart attack or stroke to almost zero, and make it so I can fart on command..(yes I’m not joking I want to be able to fart on command.. it helps when at the grocery store and people like to hover so close you can hear them breathing..((and I’m almost deaf.)) ugh.. just a quick bum rumbler and you got atleast 3-5ft radius of personal space that immediately forms?.)… I’d get one for sure.
You are a rock star.

Hearing and sight might be in near future (50y) but back might be long off as it would mean replacement of spine and it might be easier just to time travel back to youth and start drinking milk.

Farting you can fix by eating pea soup, onion, jerusalem artichoke and any other inulin foods.
Taco Bell is effective as it is more accessible than Jerusalem artichoke which by the way I have never heard of.

Assume you have to plug your phone into the ODB2 port to get the data to show in the Android app running on the dash via BT?
Yes. I have the veepeak dongle, connected to the phone via Bluetooth. Then the phone connected to the ranger with the USB cord. My old phone did not do this, so pretty excited when the new one did. First world wows. Lol

Ahead of Hurricane Milton we had a lot of rain. I decided to top of the gas and get my wife some seat time in water to get her comfortable driving it in less than ideal conditions after the hurricane.

Ironically, Milton pulled dry air onto us and we didn't get rain!
