Compost. I have about 75 pounds of 12 different type peppers. Be roasting the big red ajvarski peppers soon that are amazing. Sound polish ?

I still amazes me how such a nice looking veggie such as green peppers with their dark green and shiny skin can taste so horrible... Such a waste taking up good garden space.
